We have renewed with Boosterthon for our annual major fundraiser from April 2 - 13. Details are below. Look out for communication on other ways to support fundraising at West Elementary! 

What is Boosterthon? 

Boosterthon is the easiest—and most fun!—way to exceed your school’s fundraising goals while creating an unforgettable experience for your students.

Here’s a step-by-step look at how it works:

1. Kickoff Week (April 2, 2026)

Your Boosterthon journey starts with a high-energy kickoff that gets students excited and sets the tone for the entire program. Our team introduces your fundraiser’s goals, the prize system, and the week’s character theme. Whether in person or virtual, the excitement is contagious!

2. Fundraising + Daily Fun

Then students and families begin collecting pledges and donations—all with our easy-to-use online school fundraising platform.

During fundraising days we help keep the energy and momentum high with:

• Engaging video content that teaches important character lessons.
• Fun class and school challenges that boost participation.
• Exciting prizes students can earn as they collect pledges.
• Live updates to keep everyone motivated and on track!

3. The Big Event Day

This is what it all leads up to! Your school chooses the event that best fits your students and space—like a Fun Run, DanceFit, Glow Run, or Color Run. On event day, students run, walk, or dance to music and cheers in a school-wide celebration of their hard work. It’s active, inclusive, and unforgettable!

4. Celebrate + Wrap-Up

After the event, we handle the prize fulfillment and help you celebrate your school’s success. With Booster’s help, many schools not only meet but exceed their fundraising goals!
